One hundred people work at our Dislaub site. Our top performance, high-capacity facilities enable us to meet quickly, flexibly and individually our customers' needs, with :

Seventy storage tanks, from 10 m³ to 4,000 m³, enabling us to adapt to specific customer requirements.
An alcohol packaging unit for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food markets.
A laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art measuring instruments, enabling us to carry out a wide range of analysis with maximum accuracy. Every year, our laboratory performs some 60,000 analysis, covering 3 main application areas: alcohols and solvents, pharma and environment.
A tank cleaning station.
Logistics facilities with an incoming and shipping capacity of 240,000 mt per year.

A sustainable and low-carbon activity

Our industrial site combines energy efficiency with high production yields.

The know-how and expertise of our teams enable us to achieve production yields of over 90%.

A biomass boiler, fuelled by locally sourced wood chips that emit no fossil CO2, supplies 90% of the site's energy needs. This carbon free facility is fully in line with the Cristal Union group's CO2 reduction strategy.

Significant investments are made on our site to improve production yields, reduce energy and water consumption, and avoid emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Waste water are treated in the sewage treatment plant. Dislaub's in-house environmental laboratory checks the quality of purified water, in accordance with the regular discharge monitoring plan approved by the regulation water agency.

Atmospheric emissions are periodically measured in accordance with current regulations.

Site waste is sorted separately and shipped to specific suppliers for recycling or disposal.

In line with the Cristal Union Group's proactive approach for CO2 reduction, our teams carry out Life Cycle Analyses (LCAs) and CO2 footprint calculation to measure the environmental impact of our products.

Our site meets the highest industry standards in terms of quality - safety – environment.

Dislaub applies the highest standards to ensure the safety of its facilities, the health and safety of its employees and partners, and the protection of the environment and neighboring communities. We regularly carry out drills, both internally and with the authorities, to test our staff's training and responsiveness in the event of a safety incident.

Product quality, traceability and safety are a fundamental commitment that motivates our teams on a daily basis.

Dislaub products are manufactured in strict compliance with regulations and customer requirements. All necessary controls are carried out by our teams to guarantee the quality of our products.

Expertise

Dislaub's laboratory is equipped with a number of cutting-edge equipments enabling it to identify and quantify a very wide range of molecules, in very small quantities and in complete safety.

The laboratory performance is enhanced by the connexion of all equipment to the IT system of Cristal Union group.

Logistics

Our logistic department complies with the transport of dangerous goods and waste regulations, as well as with customs procedures specific to the ethanol.

We have the expertise to manage any logistic stream on the European and world markets.
